American Country Antiques has been dealing in early American and country antiques since 1976 and we are located on the Central Coast of California. Two grey owls on a coral background wall hanging. Border of beige, dk, brown and grey frame this adoreable hand hooked piece. Back is covered in old complimentary floral material.
Small green 1/2 melon basket. Original old-green chipped paint very solid weave. The Right side handle was broken where it goes into basket and was glued to secure it. It has a few issues but too special not to be hung on the door to hold my old flower seed packets🌷🌷🌷. Thats where its been for the last few years since I found it. More pics upon request.

Antique Clock made by Riley Whiting, Winchester,Conn.. original wooden works handcrafted by Riley Whiting 1830. 24 hr. Original red paint.. this clock came from Pennsylvania. I have a professional mover who goes back and forth from West Coast to East Coast that delivers furniture or anything too large to ship. Clock works fine. I don't run it to often because I don't want to wear down wooden works. ❤️
Red and Green thread on linen sampler by Laura Jane Hoskins 10 years March 1882. Alphabet in Capitol letters and small letters, printed letters and cursive. Numbets 1-10, with a different decorative border in between each line. "The phrase "Let her own works praise her" trees and a base of flowers at the bottom. A decorative border frames this sampler. 19"x13... A few letters have threads missing..some gheso on the frame chipped, I bought this in Santa Barbara, Calif at an antiques show in 1980's...

Three sets of adoreable Santa decorations. Top 7 were used to decorate cupcakes. Composite heads & furry hats & beards on sticks. Middle group have cotton bodies and composite faces, pipecleaner arms & black bendable legs. Last group of 5 have furry arms and legs with a composite face. Top & bottom row of Santas are 4" h, middle Santas are 2 3/4 h..🌲
Nice cobalt blue Dragonfly jug. It has a couple of firing flaws and a 1" hairline mark on the back by the handle tried to get a pic of it but not visible.. Unusual beautiful side profile of a dragonfly on the front.
A braided rug featuring a Moose standing in a river with Christmas trees, and a big yellow moon overhead. More trees in background. The second pic shows the back of the rug and of course its much brighter and you can see the details more clearly. It is edged in old burlap! It's been on my wall since I bought it many years ago. ❤️38"w x 18"h....
Small handled bucket in old pumpkin paint with glimpses of mustard showing.. solid condition.. 61/2" h x 9" w.. The dark patches showing are the metal band showing through.
