c1850 Pennsylvania child's high chair The chair retains its original finish and stenciling. The stencil motif features a prominent bird surrounded by grapes, leaves and a house. The seat and legs are decorated with yellow striping.The arms display wear consistent with age and use. That is, they have bear wood that is well patinated.
