ITEM 20-155 Here is an early Pennsylvania domed top candle box with matching curved front and back panels. Hand painted floral designs on the front and lid, with accompanying initials “L B” on the lid. The box is made of poplar and from PA. It measures 10” x 5.5” x 6”. Condition: split on hinge line in top, wire hinge repaired, otherwise good. ca. late 18th to early 19th century.
