21-188. Folk Art carved horse, made of hardwood (walnut?) with original painted or stained surface. Original leather bridal and ears and horsehair tail. Nicely detailed. Body, neck, and head made of one piece of wood, with mortised or peg attached legs. From PA, unsigned in the style of Peter Brubacher. Ca. late-19th century. 9.75” l x 9.5” h. A few small chips to the hooves, otherwise in very good condition.
