23-100. Fine watercolor portrait of a young man. Painted on cardstock with fine facial details. Seated and clothed in a black open frack coat, tan vest, ruffled white shirt and black bow tie. Wispy light brown hair. In a black lacquered frame with ormolu mounts. It measures 7.5” x 7.75”. A very nice portrait in very good condition. Ca. 1830.
