23-192. A wrought-iron triple brass wedding ring, hog scraper candlestick. Marked on the push-up tab “Shaw Birm.” Shaw was a Birmingham, England maker of hog scraper candlesticks, believed to have focused on the American market in the early 1800's. The candlestick measures 7.75” high, and in very good condition. English, it dates to the early-19th century.
