23-164. A mahogany double lid salt box with Frisian type carving. There is a central handle which acts as a divider for the box. It measures approximately 10.75” x 8.5” x 4”. It is in very good condition with expected wear but no breaks or damage. It was found in PA and dates to the later part of the 18th century.
