The frame is made from one board and carved out to form an oval pine frame. It is early. Maybe late 18th C. Great crusty patina. This work is well done with watercolor. The painting is of a dreamy young girl holding a basket of flowers she has picked. The mat has been replaced. 12" X 9 3/4." Original hanger. Sweet.
