This is a very well made split willow, circa1900 -1910, fishing creel I purchased in Vermont years ago. It is in amazing condition and it is an unusual size. The basket is in excellent condition with no breaks in the willow. The shoulder strap is complete and the leather good. It had a tin clasp This creel measures 11"W X 6 1/2"D X 8 1/2"H.
