I love this painting. It is not signed as so many of these early, naive painting are. But, you just might want to live here. Quite enchanting, with this cool looking home surrounded by flowers and the flagpole flying the colors. This artwork is oil on Academy board. On the back it reads Lees Art Shop, West 58th St, N.Y.C. It measures 16" X 12."
