This is an early pair of "Pattern" glass table salt & peppers shakers. They are in the "Diamond pattern." This pair is circa 1840 to 1880 and in wonderful condition. No breaks or cracks. The metal is a base metal indicating the pair being early. They stand 3" high. The hole size indicated this period loved a lot of salt & pepper!
