This flag has flown. It has a nice patina and the colors vibrant. It was made for the 1976 Bicentennial of the US independence. It shows 13 stars. It measures 56" X 32" and has brass grommets and is well sewn. I believe it is cotton and structurally very sound. And, it is a good size for framing or flying. Made in 1976 these flags are not common.
