Antique Chicago Scientific (CENCO) Vacuum Pump

For sale is an early Chicago Scientific Company vacuum pump. The pump is mounted on what appears to be a 14" x 10" x 1" walnut base and raised on turned feet another 4.25". The pump stands slightly over 26" above the base. A badly tarnished label is attached to the base. The vacuum pump appears to be complete, but the knob on the original bell jar has been broken off. There are several small white paint spatters and the finish on the feet has several areas of loss. The pump handle operates as expected, but does not seem to exhaust air. That said, I know nothing about these pumps. There are other photos available. Please ask questions before making an offer
