25-171. A turned hardwood Lamp Stand with an applied tin tray at the top, turned and incised stem and a turned four step base. Great patina and simple design for utility. The reverse of the base has an enigmatic set of letters the only discernable ones spelling out “Misster”. The Stand is 4.75” high with a 4” diameter top and 5.25” diameter base. It is in very good condition, American and dating to the early 19th century. (Betty Lamp Not Included).
