This is a great OLD road sign that reads 110 MILES FROM NEW YORK. That could mean you were in Rhinebeck, NY. Mystic, Conn., Woodstock NY, Montauk, NY. Stockbridge NY, Ocean City, NJ. OR, many other great places. I guarantee that this is an old sign having been selling wood signs for a very long time. This cool piece measures 24" H X 48" W X 1." Not exactly sure of its age. I am guessing that 1930s to the 1950 would work. It is painted on old ply-board. ( plywood was invented and patented in the 1850s ) The sign is naturally weathered by the elements. Obviously it was outside for a long time. I can ship this sign. I'm a New Yorker living in California; Letting this go from my collection. Love the lettering. And, of course, New York!
