This is truly an awesome piece of treen. Shallow serving or chopping bowl. 19th. century American treen bowl with a wonderful patina. Great shape, almost squarish—it measures 12 1/4 x 13 1/4 x 2 3/4 inches. Great shape can be used as a trencher, or as a treen server. The original surface has oxidized to a wonderful brown/tan color from. years of use.
