This napkin holder was made by Rogers Smith & Co. West Meriden, Connecticut. It is marked with their logo and 213. Outside of being darkened with age, it is in near perfect condition. The horses reins are securely attached, the wheels don't wobble and the napkin ring is perfectly round. The wreath on top has been engraved Florence. The napkin holder is approximately 3 1/8" long, 1 5/8" across the wheels and 2 1/2" high
