This is Americana, an amazing folk art piece that probable was made in upstate New York, Pennsylvania or Ohio judging from the beer cap Id's Considerably more than a thousand caps of various beers, sodas and waters made up this art piece. Predominately Genesee Beer, but also Molson's, Bavarian Beer, 7up, Pepsi, Amberlin and Old German. Amberlin went out of business in 1954. The condition is very good and it is complete, no missing pieces. It been in storage for years. The piece is on a wood frame and weights 10 lb's. It measures 26" L X 8" W X 9 1/2"H. The colors are great and to create the likeness of a vintage train and tender is quite amazing. One of the best pieces of "Cap Art" I have seen. I can ship this safely to you.
