Fabulous Large Buttock Basket. A love late 19th./early 20th. Century buttock basket. The basket is in very good condition, however there are a few broken splints.Double Gods Eye, one on each side. The top of the wrap of one of the Gods Eye is loose. The bakset does have great patina. It measures 14 x 15 1/2 x 12 1/2 inches to the top of the handle. The handle is actually round bentwood rather than a flat piece of bentwood.
