This is a working cannon. It is beautifully made from cast iron perhaps by a master machinist. Age not known. It comes with all the accessories in an 1880's tole tin box. It is from the San Francisco Bay Area. By itself, it weighs 8+ lb's. It measures 10"L X 4 3/4" W X 4"H. Heavy duty. The accessory box houses all the necessary equipment. A very cool piece. But, not for children. I will package this in a wood box for shipping.
