Just a wonderful example of a table light from the Pilgrim era, early to mid 18th. century. The form is just beautiful, spiral shaft that holds an adjustable arm. Strong heavy base, original surface. The light measures 14 1/2 inches tall and the arm measures 9 inches. The condition is excellent. A great example of early candle lighting. Please note the unusual wrap of the candle cup around the candle arm, such a unique but of craftsmanship. This piece is likely American. Price: $2295.00 + shipping
