This is a wonderful 1877 Huswife. This lovely sewing notion is so decorative and unusual. Fancy with fabric, beads and color. The owners name “King W” and the date April 18, 1877 are on the front of the Huswife. Please notice the various shapes of the pockets, has a scissor holder. Many fabrics used, red wool, velvet, silk, ribbon and beads. This sewing rollup is from Kutztown, Pa. From the amazing Pa. dealer Tex Johnson. It measures 16inches long and 5 1/2 inches wide.
