Heavy cast bronze with the original leather straps and stamped "Akron Brass Mfg. Co. Inc. Wooster, Ohio" and "Victory 1746 509". In great original condition. I'm sure put out a lot of fires in its day. 19 3/4" tall x 9 1/2" wide including staps.
