Found in New England, this fabulous cotton, “Turkey” red and white fabric potholder is hand pieced, and looks to have never been used. Retains the original red silk hanging bow & loop, it measures approximately 5 1/4” square. Shows appropriate light age toning, this potholder is circa 1870’s. I see a spot on back where there is a bit of sticker residue (could be removed with a little effort). A great early primitive textile. $65 + $6 shipping. Check or PayPal.
