Early solid brass bell dated 1846. It has a hand forged iron handle/holder attached. The clanger and the piece holding it looks to be all original. I can give more pics on request. It measures 4 1/2" tall from the bottom of the bell to the top of the handle and 4 5/8 across the opening.
