RARE 14K Gold Topped Strawberry Sewing Emery

Not something you see every day, a solid 14k yellow gold topped, strawberry sewing emery, on its original silk cord. It is marked 14k and also numbered “X1061.” There is an impressed “anchor” mark, as well. On one of the gold strawberry petals, an early scripted monogram has been engraved, I believe it reads “JMB.” It is sooo fancy, I could be wrong on the initials. This emery measures approximately 1 3/4” long, not counting the silk cord. There is a gold jump ring attached to the gold cap and this strawberry could be worn on a chain/necklace. I can’t give a weight on the amount of gold but it is solid, very well made and in excellent vintage condition. A must have for any early sewing collection! $695 + $10 ship. PayPal or check.
