For sale is a charming vintage German, or possibly Pennsylvania, folk art carving that depicts a pair of barn swallows and their 4 chicks in a nest. The birds have red and black details, and the nest is painted brown. There is a simple wire hanger on the back held in place with a screw, and there is a signature on the back, but I can't make it out. The piece measures about 3 3/4" tall, 8" wide, and 2" front to back, and is in very nice vintage condition, with no significant issues.
