For sale is a charming antique, most likely European, folk art oil painting on artist's board that depicts a goatherd in a rather rocky area near water watching his goats, 5 in all. The painting is housed in a period, possibly its original frame, and measures about 11 1/4" x 9" with sight measurements of 9 1/4" x 7".
