Antq. Leaf Watercolor Award of Merit + German Note

For sale is a very sweet antique leaf design award of merit, along with a note written in German. I am not sure if they were always together, but that is the way I purchased the piece. Under the leaf design, it says, "To John F. Campbell, By G.H. Willow, Teacher". The 2 items are housed in a wonderful old antique frame with its original metal loop hanger, and the piece measures about 9" x 7 3/8" with sight measurements of 6 1/2" x 4 3/4". It is in nice antique condition, with minor signs of age, but no significant flaws. It should be noted that it was removed for examination, and we discovered that it was already mounted on acid free board, and of course, a new paper backing was added.
