For sale is a terrific antique primitive pantry/band box that I acquired from a sale in Pennsylvania, and that I'm fairly confident was made there as well. It is faux painted in black and reddish orange, possibly made to resemble mahogany, although I'm no expert on wood, so I don't know for sure. It measures about 8 1/2" in diameter and 4" tall, and is in very nice antique condition, with wonderful craquelure and other signs of age and use, but no significant flaws.
