For sale is a very sweet antique drawstring seed or ditty bag that I acquired in Pennsylvania a couple of years ago, and that I'm fairly confident was made there as well. It is made of a rather unusual calico print with somewhat abstract images, and the seam is treadle machine sewn while the casing is hand sewn. The drawstring is a shoelace, and the bag measures about 6" tall and 6 1/2" wide. It is in nice antique condition, with some brown spots, but no holes, rips, or repairs.
