Here is a wonderful 19th c bail handled pantry box in original sage colored paint. Made of pine with early iron nails joining the lap joints. A wire bail handle with a lathe turned maple wood hand grip is attached on the sides with iron brackets. Excellent original condition and has great paint history! New England. Ca. 1850. Charming size at 8 3/4"W.
