This Patriotic wood plaque is worked on pine wood with original paints. A note on the reverse states it was done by a woman named Essie Weber in memory of her dog Lucky. Likely accomplished in the post WW2 years ca. 1945-1955. Excellent condition. 13"T x 8"W.
