**19th C. Folk Art Floral/Fruit Crib Quilt

For sale is a very nice antique 19th century folk art crib quilt in a quite stylized floral or possibly fruit pattern that came from New York state. It is completely hand pieced, hand appliqued, and hand quilted, and is hand bound in a red print. In addition, the quilt is thinly filled with cotton batting, and you can see cotton seeds when the quilt is held up into the light. The piece measures about 33 1/2" x 30", and is in very nice antique condition, with a small brown spot on the upper left corner, and a bit of pale blue on the upper right, barely worth noting, but mentioned for the sake of complete accuracy.
