**Antq. Tin Star/Sunflower Quilt Template w/Handle

For sale is a rather unusual antique folk art cut tin star, sun, or sunflower with a handle that according to the seller is a quilt template. I have never seen anything quite like it. The number F212 with the number 2 under it is on the back of the handle, but I don't know where it was made, possibly Germany?? The piece measures about 5 1/4" in diameter and 2 3/4" front to back and is in nice antique condition, with a dark aged patina, but no loose solder or other issues.
