They don’t get much better measuring 5 inches in length and having all original dry surface. Lift off top carved and mounted with leather design on top and on under side to hold in place. Dry original gray and brown surface original painted table snuff box. Dating 1840 period the carving and paint is great look at the heal and shoe form. Early to mid 19th century piece of American pine folk art.
