19th c. putty painted bale handle pantry box with lid in early, original paint. It has square nails and tiny square nails along the bottom. It is signed "Ella Tapley" on the inside lid and on the bottom. It measures 9 3/4" across the lid, 9" across the bottom, and 5 1/2" tall. It shows wonderful paint wear!
