These lamps are often seen but not real!!! I will stand behind this double grease lamp as being period and an original folk art example. Dating from 1780-1820 period with pa. German distlefink birds and pinch design in the forged sheet iron. Great untouched patina and just the way you want to see these with remains of blacken surface. Super folk art example.
