Tightly woven basket with removable lid to be used as a small purse. It was made in Germany for the Pennsylvania Dutch community in Lancaster County. There are floral motifs painted on the front, back, and top. It also has two handles which move back and forth. 8" long x 4 1/4" wide x 3 3/4" tall. A wonderful small basket!
