Rare Early 1784 Sampler on Homespun Linen

For sale is a wonderful and early antique dated 1784 sampler that I acquired from a sale in Pennsylvania, although I don't know where it was made. It is done primarily in red thread on what I believe is homespun linen, and there are quite a few different images including a sailing ship, dogs, birds, a farmer, and more. The framed piece measures about 13 1/2" x 13" with sight measurements of 12" x 11 1/2". The sampler itself is about 11" x 10 1/2", and is in very nice antique condition, especially considering its age, with a few very light stains, and one small repair which I have pictured.
