For sale is a fabulous antique 19th century handmade folk art huswif sewing pocket that I acquired in Iowa. It is completely hand sewn using a wonderful brown plaid homespun linen, and has 2 pockets, one of which has a shoestring/drawstring closure. The piece measures about 13 1/24" long, 4" wide in the middle, and 8" wide at the bottom. It is in very nice antique condition, with very minor toning, and a few tiny holes on the back, but other than that appears to never have been used.
