For sale is an outstanding antique dated 1834 Pennsylvania folk art show towel that has been in my collection for at least 5 years. It depicts 2 ladies in puffy sleeved dresses with geometric designs on the skirts holding tiny handbags. Below is a large radial, almost flower type design surrounded by tulips and birds, and there is woven/crocheted trim on both ends. The piece measures about 58" long including the trim and 13" wide, and is in superb antique condition, with no holes, rips, stains, or repairs.
