This 24 in. Long wrought iron gridiron or broiler was used in the fireplace and was considered a long-lived kitchen accessory in the 18th and 19th c. This gridiron, broiler has a rotating grill and stands on 3 legs attached to the long handled. It is a little over 12 inches in diameter. It is in excellent condition.
