For sale is a very sweet antique handmade folk art baby chick pin cushion/pin keep that has been in my collection for quite a few years. The chick is made of yellow and brown yarn, has glass eyes, paper beak, and yarn wrapped wire legs and feet. The box that the chick sits on has advertising for Brown's Bronchial Troches, which I believe dates it to the late 19th century. The piece measures about 3" tall, the chick is about 3" long, and the box is about 2 1/2" long, 2" wide, and 1" tall. It is in nice antique condition, with signs of age and use, but no significant flaws. Please look carefully at the pictures, and contact me with any questions or for additional photos.
