Antique Scandinavian Folk Art Scoop w/Bird Handle

For sale is a terrific antique Scandinavian folk art scoop with the image of a bird's head at the top of the handle that I have had for a few years. I believe that it is carved from a single piece of maple, and in addition to the bird's head, there is a bit of scribed/incised decoration on the handle as well. The scoop measures about 13 3/4" long including the handle, 12 1/2" wide, and 4 1/2" front to back from the handle. It is in nice antique condition with an aged patina and signs of use, as well as some wormholes on the handle, but no chips, cracks, or other issues.
