For sale is a terrific antique early 20th century Pennsylvania folk art hooked rug that depicts roosters and hens in both standing and pecking positions with a hit and miss background. It is made of fabric strips, and has a gray and black border, as well as fabric casing on the back for hanging. The rug measures about 40 1/2" x 24", and is in nice antique condition, with a couple of brown spots, a bit of fading, but no missing hook work or other issues.
