A hearth item you just don’t see very often. Measures about 7 inches and very nice patina and surface. Sat on the hearth and pushed the kettles in the fire. This can be from the 17th early 18th century. Pot kettle pusher is hard to find today. Would date this 1680-1730 period. Forged iron.
