For sale is a fabulous antique handmade pillowcase that I acquired in Pennsylvania, and that I'm confident was made there as well. It is double sided, completely hand sewn/pieced in a modified 9-patch pattern using great early brown fabrics, and has a 2 button closure. It measures about 20" x 13", and is in near mint condition.
