For sale is a great vintage, possibly antique, handmade folk art mortar and pestle holder in old brown paint that I acquired in New Hampshire. It has great form including a sort of whale tail top, as well as other flourishes on the side and bottom. The piece measures about 14" tall, 6 1/4" wide, and 3 1/4" deep, and is in nice vintage/antique condition, with paint wear and craquelure, as well as other signs of age, but no significant flaws.
