For sale is a terrific and super primitive Pennsylvania Amish folk art stuffed dog that I have had for several years. It is completely hand sewn of a nubby brown fabric which is very worn and may have been black at one time, although I don't know for sure. He has very primitively embroidered eyes, and is primarily stuffed with cotton or wool, as well as some straw in its legs. The toy measures about 7" long, 7 1/4" tall, and 4" wide, and is in antique condition, with virtually all of the "fur" worn away, one ear missing, and the other worn. There is a hole on the back of its left front leg, and what appear to be several primitive repairs. At least in my opinion, this makes the little doggy all the more appealing.
